It is <br />the Licensee's responsibility to be fully familiarized with each and every <br />right, covenant and condition contained therein. <br />Please have all copies executed in the presence of a witness by a duly <br />authorized individual having the authority to bind the Licensee to this <br />agreement. Licensee's signature should be placed on the line below the <br />Licensee's's name. Should the Licensee be a company, corporation or <br />organization (federal, state, county, municipal, public or private) the title <br />of the individual executing this agreement should be placed below his or her <br />signature. Should Licensee be a municipal corporation or organization, please <br />include with the return of the executed agreement a copy of the resolution <br />authorizing the execution of this agreement. <br />After the agreement has been executed please return all copies for execution <br />by the Soo Line Railroad Company. Along with the return of the executed <br />documents please include your remittance in the amount called for in the <br />agreement and $150.00 which will be applied towards the first rental period <br />and the preparation fee associated with this agreement. The railroad will not <br />execute this agreement until this remittance is received. <br />Please return these executed documents and any other items requested in the <br />agreement or this letter within 30 days of the date of this letter.
