MOVERS WAREHOUSE, INC., A MINNESOTA CORPORATION <br />AND <br />THIS LEASE is entered into between MOVERS WAREHOUSE, <br />INC., a Minneso a corporation, as Lessor (hereinafter "Lessor ") <br />and je.rugvlt5 o-F M4ry :T7)1G. , as Lessee (hereinafter <br />"Lessee") in consideration of the covenants herein contained as <br />follows: <br />1. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY. Lessor hereby leases to <br />said Lessee that certain land and premises lying in the County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, and described as follows: <br />The Easterly 15,600 square feet, except 450 square foot <br />kitchen area, in a one -story building at 2940 Rice <br />Street, Little Canada, legally described as follows, to- <br />wit: <br />Parcel 1: <br />The North 200 feet of the West 483 feet of the South 1/2 <br />of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, <br />Township 29, Range 22, lying Westerly of the Minne- <br />apolis, St. Paul and Saulte Ste. Marie Railway Co. right - <br />of -way. <br />Parcel 2: <br />All that part of the North 200 feet of the South 1/2 of <br />the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, <br />Township 29, Range 22, lying Westerly of the Westerly <br />right -of -way line of the Soo Line Railroad and lying <br />Easterly of the West 483 feet thereof. <br />Parcel 3: <br />That part of the South 6 acres of the North 1/2 of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, <br />Township 29, Range 22 in Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying <br />West of the West right -of -way line of the Minneapolis, <br />St. Paul and Saulte Ste. Marie Railway Co. and East of <br />the West 483 feet of said South 6 acres, <br />as shown on the Floor plan attached as Exhibit A. This Lease <br />shall convey the exclusive use of the premises to Lessee on <br />of each week during the term of the Lease. It is <br />understood that the use of the premises on days other than <br />is subject to other lessees' use. • <br />2. CONDITION TO TENANCY. This Lease is conditioned <br />upon the successful termination of all lease agreements presently <br />existing between Lessor and Little Canada Charity Bingo Hall <br />Association, Inc.
