You will note the contract does not contain any <br />language referencing any future financing, only this issue. Please <br />return one executed copy to us and retain one copy for your City <br />files. <br />These agreements can be waived however, If at your organizational <br />meeting held In January of each year, the City would adopt a <br />resolution appointing us financial advisor.
