1 Minutes Special Meeting Oct 30 1972, Cont. Becker Problem Budget: As previously pointed cut, the question still remains when does the village acquire the proposed road right -of -way on the Becker lot. For as it stands we are requiring him to set his house 90 ft from the proposed rd, if the road is on all his property, or 60 ft rom the proposed right -of -way. Regardless what it may be, in the interm, the village is using his property. build the and grant but asked It was suggested that he be granted permission to proposed house 60 ft from the west property Line., a 15 foot variance, if Mr. Becker requested it. Mr. Becker was in concurance to the 60 ft set back to time to consider the 15 ft variance. Upon the motion of Mr. Rudy and seconded by Mr. De Bace, it was resolved that: 1. The conveyance of property as indicated on the proposed site plan,(72 -385) is hereby approved. 2. The West lot 1ine,si.®e, be 60 ft. Ayes: Messrs: Anderson, Rudy, De Bace, Makeef£ Nayes: 0 Resolution adopted. Ayes, All, motion carried. Mr. Becker approched the Council again requesting a 15 ft side yard variance. Upon the motion of Mr. Rudy and seconded by Mr. De Bate, it was resolved that: A 15 ft side yard variance is hereby granted to Mr. Becker, in order to construct; a dwelling on lot U A " of the proposed site. Page 39 Ayes: Messrs: Rudy, De Bace, Anderson, Chlenbeck and Makeeff Mayes 0 Resolution adopted. The clerk presneted to the Council the proposed budt,et for 1973. It must be Adopted by Nov. 11, 1972. The change of adoption from Oct 10 to Nov 11, was due to the Fed. sharing.
