LITTLE CANADA CHARITY BINGO S6-00
JeNile
2940 North Rice Street
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117
(612) 483 -1203
March 31, 1987
Charitable Gambling Control Board
N -475 Griggs- Midway Building
1821 University Avenue
St. Paul, Mn. 55104
Dear Roger,
I am responding to your letter that asks the hall manager of
the Little Canada Charity Bingo Hall to explain the process of
lease approval. Just in the last few days we had a Board meeting
that clarified how the process would work.
As hall manager, I am the one who negotiates with the
various charities. I negotiate all leases with the individual
charities wishing to lease space in the hall. I also have the
power to lease the space for general purposes.
After the lease is signed, I submit the lease to the Board
of Directors. The Board acknowledges the lease and records it in
their minutes.
The following members of the Board who may vote on the
acceptance of the lease are:
Mugs Nardini
Robert Wolter
Marcia Nelson
Ronald Tschida
John Benson
Kathleen Torning
Louise Falk
After the Board has acknowledged the leases the Board's
Secretary (who does not vote on the leases) is directed to record
same in the minutes.
After it is recorded I take it upon myself that the
Charitable Gambling Control Board receives notice of the lease if
the individual charities do not inform you individually.
I hope that this answers your questions.
Page 2
Ray Massman
