That small highway has become a high <br />volumn wide freeway right in my front yard. <br />Local tax dollars should not be spend to satisfy our new Twin Lakes <br />addition neighbors at the expense of us who have lived with the <br />same problem for years. <br />Very truly yours, <br />A� r 1 <br />Frank M.
