If the application is approved, your name <br />is placed on a waiting list until you are <br />selected. <br />3. When you are selected, you receive a <br />document which enables you to look for <br />a rental unit. At that time, we will discuss <br />the program rules. <br />4. The HRA may help you locate a suitable <br />unit. <br />5. You discuss lease provisions with the <br />owner. <br />6. The HRA inspects the unit. <br />7. If the unit and the lease are suitable, the <br />HRA approves the lease. <br />8. You can then move into the unit. <br />9. You pay a portion of your income toward <br />rent. <br />10.
