Nelson <br />This Work Order will authorize The Pitometer Associates to conduct the following <br />hydraulic investigations: <br />Location <br />C1 Leakage Investigation As directed, if authorized <br />0 Loss of Head Tests <br />DB Tests of Master Meters 16 -inch B.I.F. <br />CI Fire Flow Tests <br />C1 Other <br />Additional Details: Total of fees and expenses not to exceed $2,900.00. <br />Days Worked: <br />The regular per diem fee of $ 500.00 will be charged, plus travel and <br />subsistence expenses for the engineer and the cost of shipping our instruments. <br />Where applicable <br />The Client will be responsible for; providing general assistance and supervision in the conduct <br />of the investigations; furnishing, setting up and maintaining shelter boxes in a safe manner <br />with appropriate warning devices such as lights and barricades for the protection of Pitometer's <br />instruments and the public; furnishing transportation, including driver, necessary for properly <br />conducting the Survey; furnishing and setting corporation stops at the points designated by <br />Pitometer Engineers; notifying the appropriate Fire Department officials and customers of <br />possible temporary reduction or curtailment of water service; operating valves by competent <br />personnel in connection with the Pitometer measurements; and repairing leakage and assisting <br />in its location.
