Frank: <br />This letter in intended to inco'r.porate the agreement between <br />yourself and the City of Little Canada, which was discussed, and <br />agreed upon at the regular Council meeting of *October 24, 1384 <br />relative to the above captioned matter. <br />You have agreed to dedicate a 50 foot street easement to the <br />City of Little Canada across Site B to provide access to Site C, <br />at such time as Site I3 is subdivided. The property referred to <br />herein is that indicatod•on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
