ORDINANCE NO. 285 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE SECTIONS 910, 911, 912, 913, 914 <br />AND 918 BY ADDING GROUP DAY CARE AS A CONDITIONAL USE TO BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. Section 9110.040 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended to add: <br />91O.O4O.D Group Day Care, provided that: <br />1. No overnight facilities are provided for the children served. Children <br />are delivered and removed daily. <br />2. Adequate off - street parking and access is provided in compliance with <br />Section 903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />3. The site and related parking and service shall be served by an arterial <br />or collector street of sufficient capacity to accommodate the traffic <br />which will be generated. <br />4. All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be <br />in compliance with Section 903.110 of this Ordinance. <br />5. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this Oridinance are satisfactorily <br />met. <br />6. The regulations and conditions of the Minnesota Department of Public <br />Welfare, Public Welfare Manual 11 3130 as adopted, amended and /or changed <br />are satisfactorily met. <br />7. A written indication of preliminary, pending or final license approval <br />from the regulatory welfare agency is supplied to the City. <br />Section 2. Section 913.040 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended to add: <br />913.O4O.F. Group Day Care, provided that: <br />1. No overnight facilities are provided for the children served.
