FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />IMPROVEMENT 87 -8 <br />LOCATION: Centerville Road from Allen Avenue to DeSoto <br />Street. <br />NATURE OF IMPROVEMENT: Sanitary sewer and watermain extension. <br />INITIATION: Petition. <br />RIGHT -OF -WAY: None required. <br />EASEMENTS: Utility easements are required. <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: These utilities would be constructed to serve <br />primarily the proposed Slumberland and Gardner <br />Homes property on Centerville Road. <br />These utilities would be constructed in easements <br />extending north along the section line east of <br />Centerville Road from the main lines in Allen <br />Avenue. <br />These main lines on Allen Avenue have the <br />necessary capacity and depth to serve the area. <br />FEASIBILITY: This project is feasible, although it could also <br />be constructed by itself. <br />FINANCING: ggtt,t a_ter3_co.s. <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS: <br />Construction $120,720.00 <br />Contingency 12,072.00 <br />Legal 7,243.00 <br />Fiscal 6,036.00 <br />Administration 2,414.00 <br />Engineering .„.2.1glakt.QD <br />Sub Total $170,215.00 <br />Capital Interest <br />$187,237.00 <br />The area proposed to be assessed for sewer is all <br />the area north of Allen Avenue and West of DeSoto <br />Street and east of Centerville Road. Excluded <br />from this area would be the smaller parcel on <br />Centerville Road already served and also the large <br />parcel abutting Allen which has a deferred <br />assessment. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for watermain <br />service would be approximately the same as for <br />sewer. The only exception would be the two <br />parcels lying immediately north of Allen Avenue. <br />Page 14 <br />
