Additionally, the corner <br />lot properties must have a 30 foot side yard setback line on the side yards <br />abutting a platted street whether or not the street is developed. <br />With regard to Lot 10 which is the one currently in question for development, <br />there is a possibility that a portion of the undeveloped street could be <br />vacated. The only way I know for this to be determined would be for the <br />property owner to file such a request. From this basis, contact would be <br />made with the property owner to the east and our office could do a conceptual <br />layout of the possible development which would occur in this area. From <br />this basis, a decision could be reached on the need for the presently unused <br />right -of -way.
