6 July 87 <br />Norman Dupre Jr. <br />3495 Norman Ave. No. <br />Stillwater, Mn, 55082 <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Rd, <br />Little Canada, Mn. 55117 <br />Gentlemen, <br />In answer to your letter of 29 June 87 from the Weed Inspector, we offer the <br />following. <br />On or about 8 June 87, I sprayed the lot at 3000 Centerville Road with <br />Roundup, <br />Near the end of May 87, I talked with the City Clerk and asked to be <br />heard by the Council regarding the ongoing problems at this site. He said <br />that the meeting of 10 June 87 would be the one to attend. I came prepared <br />but could not be heard. I came to the following meeting of 24 June 87 and <br />could not be heard. Please notify me of when this matter can be heard. <br />After receiving your letter of 29 June 87 I contacted a local farmer who <br />said he would do the cutting in my behalf quite soon. I had previously <br />talked to the local excavator who thought his brother could cut them. That <br />was on 22 June 87. <br />At the meeting of 24 June 87 I related to my neighbors of the lot regarding <br />the spraying operations and its lack of effectiveness due to the drought. <br />Since then we have had some rain to activate it, but I wonder when they then <br />called you and why she didn't comment right then. Maybe that wouldn't be <br />any fun. <br />Also, do you realize that they are raising a garden on my property? I did <br />not spray it. Also,who is cutting the weeds behind 3030 Centerville Road? <br />That is where all of the weed seeds are blowing in from. <br />The rabbit fence issue is still to be resolved. <br />Page 109 <br />
