NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City. Council of the City of Little <br />Canada will meet at the City. Center, 515 Little Canada Road at <br />7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, September 23, 1987 to consider the making <br />of the following improvement. <br />Improvement 87 -13 <br />Allan Ave. from Desoto to Noel Drive extended <br />by w.atermain. <br />Noel Drive from Allan Drive 300 feet South.'. — <br />BY: Right -of -way acquisition, grading, sanitary' sewer, watermain, <br />storm sewer, gravel Ease, concrete curb & gutter and bituminous <br />surfacing. <br />The total estimated cost is $ 110,140.00. <br />The general nature and location of the improvement is amplified in <br />the preliminary engineering report on file With the City Clerk. <br />-Th.e area '.proposed to he assessed for these improvements is all lots: <br />and tracts of land ab'utttng said street to be improved. <br />All pursuant to Minnesota Statutes: 429.011 to 42g.11 (_Laws: 1953 <br />Chapter 398 as amended).. <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvements will be heard at this meeting. <br />s/s/ Joseph-Chlebeck, Clerk <br />PUBLISHED: North.
