SECTION 18 <br />Section 912.040. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended by adding 912.040.F. <br />912.040.F. <br />Commercial recreation. Those establishments serving alcoholic <br />beverages, pool hall, bingo, golf, indoor firearms /archery ranges, <br />and amusement centers as a principal use, provided that: <br />a. If located within a shopping center, the use has its own <br />exclusive exterior access. <br />b. Any and all applicable local, state and federal laws, permits <br />licenses and operational regulations are complied with. <br />c. The use is located and developed so as not to create an incom- <br />patible operaion problem with adjoining and neighboring commer- <br />cial and /or residential uses. <br />d. The hours of operation shall be subject to City Council control <br />and change as a means to maintain compatiblity of uses and acti- <br />vities. <br />e. The provisions of Section921.010.0 of the Ordinance are consi- <br />dered and satisfactorily met. <br />SECTION 19 <br />Section 913.020.N. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to.read as follows: <br />913.020.N. <br />Commercial Recreational Uses (not including establishments serving <br />alcoholic beverages) limited to: <br />a. Bowling Alleys <br />b. Dance Halls <br />c. Skating <br />d. Theater (indoor only) <br />e.
