The Enclosure is adapt- <br />able to indoor applications in public <br />buildings and private homes. <br />All Enclosures have a standard 6'8" <br />door which is an integral part of the <br />design. The door is equipped with an <br />electro - mechanical lock which pre- <br />vents movement of the platform from <br />the landing unless the door is both <br />closed and locked. <br />The Enclosure is built so that the <br />Handi -Litt becomes a part of the <br />structure. A 16 gauge steel fascia <br />plate is mounted to the frame provid- <br />ing a continuous smooth surface from <br />the floor to the top landing. The Enclo- <br />sure is shipped in sub - assembled <br />panels that are easily erected at the <br />job site. <br />A permanent ramp (slope 1 in 12) <br />allows easy exit at the lower end. <br />An optional 42" high upper land- <br />ing gate with matching plexigiass <br />panel can be provided. Gate will be <br />equipped with a mechanical and <br />electrical lock. <br />The bronze plexigiuss panels are <br />standard and while we do not offer <br />other panel choices, the Handi- <br />Enclosure can be shipped without <br />panels so that you can customize <br />Please contact our Application Engi- <br />neering Department as to what weight <br />and size materials to obtain.
