It has <br />time, I feel a change <br />return as an employee <br />of my decision regarding my employment with the <br />leave of absence, I have had time to consider my <br />not been an easy decision, but at the present <br />would be best for me, so I have decided not to <br />of the City effective today. <br />My eight years with the City have been enjoyable, fulfilling, and <br />educational, and I want to thank you and the people I have worked with <br />for making it so.
