22 December 1987 <br />Page Two <br />a. Assist developers with zoning and subdivision request applications. <br />b. Inform applicants of procedures and informational requirements. <br />c. Preliminary review of development requests and recommendation of <br />necessary referrals to City staff and outside agencies. <br />d. Coordinate and forward planning information related to development <br />requests to the City Council and Planning Commission through the <br />City Clerk. <br />2. Zoning Administration Assistance includes telephone conferences* with <br />City officials, City staff, Little Canada residents and developers <br />regarding the City's development controls, the Comprehensive Plan, and <br />general planning and zoning matters. <br />3. The Planner shall prepare for and attend one (1) Planning Commission <br />meeting per month. <br />4. The Planner shall prepare for and attend one (1) City Council meeting <br />per month. <br />*Telephone conferences related to specific projects or development requests <br />shall be included under the provisions of Article 2.A. of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 3. SERVICES OF THE MUNICIPALITY <br />The Municipality hereby agrees to furnish to or make available for examination or <br />use by the Planner, without charge, the following: <br />A. All material and documents applicable to projects in which the Planner is <br />involved. Such material and documents shall be submitted to the Planner within <br />a reasonable period of time before any meeting at which time they are to be <br />considered. When written reports are required, all material and documents <br />shall be submitted to the Planner no less than seven (7) days or within a <br />reasonable period of time to permit proper evaluation prior to the meeting <br />at which they will be considered. <br />B. Available material and documents, as determined by the Planner, that are <br />necessary for the services to be performed. <br />C. Secretarial services including typing and filing relative to the services <br />provided in Article 2.B. of this Agreement. <br />PAGE -9- <br />
