December 1, 1987
v fY
RE: CITY OF LITTLE CANADA SITE INVENTORY
Dear v:
The City of Little Canada has retained Business Development
Services, Inc. (BDS) to gather an inventory of undeveloped or
underdeveloped property in the,City. The City is interested
in encouraging quality growth within our community and we feel
this information will be a positive first step. We have no
intention, however, of encouraging property to develop unless the
property owners are willing to cooperatively participate in this
process. This survey will also assist us in identifying areas
which are not for sale and /or planned for development.
Your cooperation in this process would be greatly appreciated.
A representative from Business Development Services, Inc. will be
contacting you to verify the information. If you are the
designated owner of the property on the enclosed plat map, we
would appreciate it if you would complete the enclosed property
data sheet to the best of your knowledge and return the completed
form to Business Development Services, Inc. at the following
address:
Business Development Services, Inc.
7260 University Avenue N.E., Suite 130
Minneapolis, MN 55432
A =self addressed envelope is enclosed for your convenience.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
Michael Fahey
Mayor
MF /ld
Enclosures
Page 9
