Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMO
TO: Mayor and City Council
FROM: Joe Chlebeck
DATE: November 4, 1987
RE: Property Trade
City's Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -12 -0002
(Property aquired by tax forfeiture for
ponding purposes)
Frattalone's Parcel No, 06- 29 -22 -12 -0001
Mr. Frattalone may be appearing tonight to request that we
consider swapping some property for ponding purposes. I
have discussed this matter with Brian Rideout of the Ramsey
County Land Department, and he indicated the our options
would be as follows:
1. City release property to County and County sell it
under a public auction procedure;
2. City purchase property from County and sell
property;
3. What does Frattalone mean by swapping?
Note: See attached map-of swamp area. Does
Frattalone want to give us the southern portion of
his property and we give him the northern portion
of ours? A swap like this might work.
JGC:kpv
Enclosures
Page 3
0
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Blesener
Rick Collova
Jim LaValle
