I <br />would appreciate it if you would inform me as to the procedure that <br />will be followed in this variance request. If you require any further <br />information, please feel free to contact me. <br />In addition, I would appreciate a letter from you, on behalf <br />of the City of Little Canada, informing me of the effect the driveway <br />encroachment will have on the buildability of the above lot. In order <br />to settle this matter, I would need a statement from the City <br />informing me that the property is still buildable provided certain <br />requirements are met. My concern here is that the City may determine <br />that the driveway encroachment effects our property to such an extent <br />that the lot is not buildable or is buildable only after certain <br />requirements are met.
