Brinkman, <br />husband and wife, are contract purchasers of the above described <br />property, pursuant to a Contract for Deed, dated August 31, 1982, <br />between Thomas L. Krejci and Barbara A. Krejci, and Joseph M. <br />Brinkman and Jane A. Brinkman. The undersigned, Hazel A. <br />Bongiovanni, a single person, is a purchaser of the above <br />described property by virtue of a Purchase Agreement, dated <br />November 27, 1984, with attached Supplements, between Joseph M. <br />Brinkman and Jane A. Brinkman and Hazel A. Bongiovanni. <br />The undersigned agree to constru4 whatever handicapped <br />access is required by the State of Minnesota relative to the <br />rental hall facility located on the above property. In the event <br />that the undersigned are to construct said access with their own <br />funds, they shall so construct within sixty days of notification <br />by the City to proceed with construction. In the event that <br />construction of such access is ordered as a public improvement <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 429, and constructed by the City, <br />the undersigned agree to waive any and all rights they may have <br />to appeal from the assessment against the above described <br />property of the costs of the construction of such improvement. <br />d sworn to befor <br />GARY L.
