7xceot as otherwise provided, the "unicipality shall not be called upon to assume any liability for the direct payment of any salaries, wages, or other compensation to any County nersonnel performing services hereunder for said "unicinality, and the Counter herebv assumes said liabilities. Except as herein otherwise specified, the 'iunicinality shall not be liable for compensation or indemnity to any County employee for injury or sickness arising out of his employment, and the Countv hereby agrees to hold harmless the 'iunicipality against any such claim. 5. The 'unicinality, its officers and employees, shall not be dee ^ed to assume any liability for the intentional or negligent acts of the County or the County's employees performing services pursuant to this Agreement, and the County shall hold the 7unicina1it-r, its officers and employees harmless from and shall defend the ''unicipalit'r, its officers and employees, against any claim for damages arising from the performance of this t reenent. 6. This Agreement shall commence January 1, 1982 , and shall be in effect for one year. Either party map terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to the other party. 7. The `anicipality agrees to nay the County the actual cost of performing all services covered by this agreement. Costs shall include salaries of employees engaged in performing said services, including a pro rata of vacation and sick leave, mileage, uniforms, public emnloyees retirement contributions, -.York Is compensation insurance premiums, general overhead, including indirect expenses and supplies, radio unit expense, health and welfare expense, and police professional liability insurance upon which, in addition to the County, the municipality shall be a named insured.
