SS117 <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />Dec. 3, 1981 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 3rd day of Dec. 1981, at 7:30 p.m., at 515 <br />Little Canada Rd, in said city. <br />Present: Tom Ducharme, LeRoy LeMay, Jim Steele, Gene DeLonai6, Pete <br />Costa, Roy French, & Myers Frattalone. <br />Also.present: Brad Nielsen, Northwest Consultants. <br />Absent; Sharon Timmons, Joe Vitale. <br />The Planning Commission did read the report on McDonalds. <br />SPROSTY FINAL PLAT Pete Costa made a motion to approve the plan. <br />Myers Frattalone Seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 7 -0. <br />MUELLER - BUILDING <br />PERMIT REVIEW <br />Motion to ad <br />Respectfully <br />James Steele <br />A. G. Mueller appeared. Services provide moving <br />people from hospital to hospital, 7 years in service <br />3 shifts of workers, 24 hours a day. The description <br />of their service is "mobile patient care ". <br />Brad Nielsen is concerned about the helicopter <br />landing facility. Zoning is B -W, and alright for <br />this proposed use. <br />Mr. French made a motion to approve plan which <br />meets City Planner requirements, with a site plan of <br />the location of the fuel pumps with the 5 conditions below: <br />1. To be in conformance with state regulations. <br />2. Ingress drives approved by County Engineer. <br />3. Planning Commission would like to see location of <br />fuel pumps and gas storage. Requires a Conditional <br />Use Permit and City Council should hold a public hearin <br />4. Grading & drainage should be subject to approval by <br />City Engineer. <br />5. The 3 lots should be legally combined. <br />Motion seconded by Myers Frattalone. <br />Motion carried 6 -1.
