ADDENDUM TO PARAGRAPH NO. 10 OF SHERIFF'S CONTRACT <br />It is further understood and agreed that the Municipality <br />shall have the option at any time to re- negotiate the entire <br />agreement in the event that the Municipality's fiscal <br />condition changes adversely as a result of cut -backs in State <br />Aids. It is understood that the Municipality's ability to <br />afford the services enumerated herein depends upon revenues <br />received from the State of Minnesota and the present forecasts <br />concerning the State's fiscal integrity indicate the <br />possibility that the State Aid funds could be curtailed <br />severely during the coming year. If the Municipality elects <br />to renegotiate pursuant to this Article, it shall give the <br />County thirty (30) days written notice of its intention. <br />3 <br />
