FOURTEENTH RIDER TO AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made this <br />day of , 1982 by and between <br />the BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, hereinafter called the <br />"Board" and the CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br />hereinafter called the "City ", being the Fourteenth Rider to that certain Agreement <br />made by and between said Board and said City the 13th day of July, 1966 and by this <br />reference incorporated herein and made part hereof and with the same intent, purpose <br />and effect as if said Agreement were set forth herein verbatim. <br />WHEREAS, The Board is owner of a 175 foot wide right -of -way across the north <br />one -half (N1) of the northwest one- quarter (NW4) and northeast one- quarter (NE4) <br />of Section Six (6), Township 29 North, Range 22 West, County of Ramsey, hereinafter <br />designated as Premises; and <br />WHEREAS, The City desires permission to enter upon certain portions of said <br />Premises to install and operate an eighteen -inch (18 ") storm water sewer; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board is willing to grant said permission to the City consistent <br />with the requirements and safety of the works of the Board; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED, In consideration of the mutual promises and <br />agreements of the parties hereto, that: <br />1. Said Board hereby grants to said City the permission to install and <br />operate an eighteen -inch (18 ") arch RCP storm water sewer across the <br />Premises as outlined in red color and located as shown on attached <br />drawings marked Exhibits "Al" and "A2 ". <br />2. A minimum clearance of 1.0 foot must be maintained between the bottom <br />of the eighteen -inch (18 ") storm sewer pipe and the top of the ninety- <br />inch (90 ") conduits. <br />
