MILEAGE (Local 8 and 151) <br />*Plan A An employee who operates his or her car on agency business only occa- <br />sionally and at irregular intervals shall be compensated at the current <br />authorized rate per mile plus the necessary and actual cost of parking <br />connected with such use. Persons authorized to conduct agency business <br />via city bus or taxi can be reimbursed under this plan. (Receipts <br />Required) <br />*Plan B - An employee required to have a car available for use on agency business <br />on a regular basis, although the actual use of such vehicle may occur <br />on an irregular or occasional basis (consistently less than ten (10) <br />days per reporting month), will receive a basic allowance of fifteen <br />dollars ($15.00) every month, plus the current authorized rate per <br />mile driven, if any. <br />*Plan C - An employee required to use his car on agency business on a regular <br />basis will receive a basic allowance of twenty dollars ($20.00) a <br />month plus the current authorized rate per mile. If the car is used <br />more than ten (10) days a month, the employee will receive an addi- <br />tional allowance of two dollars ($2.00) per day for each day the car <br />is used beyond the initial ten (10) days. <br />MILEAGE (Local 320) <br />*When a County -owned vehicle is not available and an employee is required to <br />use his or her personal automobile, the County shall reimburse the employee <br />at the rate of two dollars ($2.00) each day plus the current authorized rate <br />per mile. When a County -owned vehicle is offered and declined by the employee, <br />the mileage rate shall be five cents (5c) per mile less than the rate in effect <br />at that time. In the event that the Ramsey County Board provides a County -wide <br />mileage rate that exceeds that provided under this Agreement, that higher rate <br />shall apply to the bargaining unit. <br />MILEAGE (Non - Union) <br />*Plans, A, B and C applicable to Locals 8 and 151 will apply to Non -Union County <br />personnel. <br />Plan D The monthly reimbursement of officials and employees under Plan D <br />will be in an amount not to exceed $150.00 per month and will be deter- <br />mined for each particular application, subject to the approval of <br />the Executive Director. If appropriate, a parking stall shall be <br />paid directly by the County to the parking facility and the monthly <br />reimbursement shall be adjusted accordingly. Sick and vacation days <br />are counted as working days not available. A holiday shall be counted <br />as a day not available when absent the day before and after such holi- <br />day, or a total of 3 days. <br />
