(c) <br />Council Action. After review of the final plat by the Planning Commission, such final plot, together <br />with the recommendations of the Planning Commission shall be submitted to the City Council for action. <br />If accepted, the final plat shall be approved by resolution, which resolution shall provide for the acceptance <br />of all agreements for basic improvements, public dedication and other requirements as indicated by the <br />City Council. If disapproved, the grounds for any refusal to approve a plat shall be set forth in the pro- <br />ceedings of the Council and reported to the person or persons applying for such approval. <br />(d) Street Addresses. With submission of the final plat, five (5) copies of the plat map showing all addresses <br />correctly labeled in conformance with all applicable Ramsey County and City ordinances and policies <br />shall be supplied to the City Clerk for subsequent distribution to the utility companies omit local school <br />districts. <br />(e) <br />Recording Final Plat. If the final plot is approved by the City Council, the subdivider shall record it with <br />the Ramsey County Recorder within one hundred (100) days after said approval or approval of the final <br />plat shall be considered void, unless a request for time extension is submitted in writing and approved by <br />the City Council prior to the expiration of the one hundred day period. The subdivider shall, immediately <br />upon recording, furnish the City Clerk with a print and reproducible tracing of the final plat showing <br />evidence of the recording. No building permits shall be let for construction of any structure on any lot <br />in said plat until the City has received evidence of the plat being recorded by Ramsey County. <br />1005. PLAT AND DATA REQUIREMENTS <br />1005.010. SKETCH PLAN. Sketch Plans shall contain, at a minimum, the following information; <br />(a) •Plat boundary <br />(b) North arrow <br />(c) *Scale <br />(d) Street layout on and adjacent to plat <br />(e) Designation of land use and current or proposed zoning <br />(f) Significant topographical or physical features <br />(g) General lot locations and layout <br />1005.020. PRELIMINARY PLAT. The subdivider shall prepare and submit a preliminary plot, together with <br />any necessary supplementary information. The preliminary plat shall contain the information set forth in the sub- <br />divisions which follow. <br />(a) General Requirements. <br />(1) <br />Proposed name of subdivision; names shall not duplicate or too closely resemble names of existing <br />subdivisions. <br />(2) location of boundary lines in relation to a known section, quarter section or quarter - quarter <br />section lines comprising a legal description of the property. <br />(3) Names and addresses of all persons having property interest, the developer, designer, and <br />surveyor together with his registration number. <br />6 <br />
