_City Council August 12, 1981 Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81 -8 -1113 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE IMPROVE1iFJ T ON RYAN DRIVE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. Ayes (5) Nardini, Forsberg,Hanson, Fahey, Scalze. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 280. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 81 -8 -11111 - ORDERING THE SIX INCH WATERMAIN TO BE LOOPED FROM RYAN LANE TO SPRUCE STREET AND RYAN DRIVE TO BE OVERLAYED WITH A FOUR INCH BITUMINOUS SURFACE FROM COUNTRY DRIVE TO RYAN LANE CONTINGENT UPON MR, RYAN'S EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY THAT THE ASSESSMENTS FOR SUCH IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE ASSESSED ON LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, AND LOTS 1 AND 5, BLOCK 3 OF RYAN INDUSTRIAL PARK AND FURTHER DELETING THE FOLLOWING PORTIONS OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT ON RYAN DRIVE: THE SEWER SERVICE PORTION OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NINE TON ROAD, AND THE WATER SERVICE TO THE BUILDING LOCATED ON LOT 3 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg, Scalze. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Pages 280 and 281. MacDonald's Mrs. Nardini pointed out that MacDonald's has not complied with Matter the Planner's recommendations of July 30, 1981. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81 -8 -415 - DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO SEND A LETTER TO MACDONALD'S REQUESTING THAT THEY COMPLY WITH THE PLANNER'S RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED JULY 30, 1981 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson.
