_City Council <br />August 12, 1981 <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81 -8 -1113 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE IMPROVE1iFJ T ON RYAN DRIVE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Forsberg,Hanson, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 280. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81 -8 -11111 - ORDERING THE SIX INCH WATERMAIN <br />TO BE LOOPED FROM RYAN LANE TO SPRUCE STREET AND RYAN <br />DRIVE TO BE OVERLAYED WITH A FOUR INCH BITUMINOUS SURFACE <br />FROM COUNTRY DRIVE TO RYAN LANE CONTINGENT UPON MR, RYAN'S <br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY THAT THE ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR SUCH IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE ASSESSED ON LOTS 2 AND 3, <br />BLOCK 1, AND LOTS 1 AND 5, BLOCK 3 OF RYAN INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />AND FURTHER DELETING THE FOLLOWING PORTIONS OF THE PROPOSED <br />IMPROVEMENT ON RYAN DRIVE: THE SEWER SERVICE PORTION OF <br />THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NINE TON <br />ROAD, AND THE WATER SERVICE TO THE BUILDING LOCATED ON <br />LOT 3 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Pages 280 and 281. <br />MacDonald's Mrs. Nardini pointed out that MacDonald's has not complied with <br />Matter the Planner's recommendations of July 30, 1981. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81 -8 -415 - DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO <br />SEND A LETTER TO MACDONALD'S REQUESTING THAT THEY COMPLY <br />WITH THE PLANNER'S RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN HIS <br />REPORT DATED JULY 30, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 281. <br />Page -16- <br />
