MINN. 55117 <br />Motion made that a correct survey approved by Planner does <br />not need to be brought back to Planning Commission before <br />approval of City Council by Sharon Timmons. <br />Seconded by Roy French. <br />Motion carried 7 -0. <br />SPROSTY <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT Mr. Sprosty appeared with preliminary plat for property <br />on Keller Pkwy. All easement lines are shown on this plat <br />map along with lines indicating lines of fill in the area. <br />Motion to recommend approval of preliminary plat of Sprosty <br />Addition asptesented made by Gene DeLonais. <br />Seconded by Joe Vitale. <br />Motion carried 7 -0. <br />FLYNN <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT Ron Flynn appeared with preliminary plat for property along <br />Co Rd D. Brad Nielsen reviewed the report sent to the <br />Planning Commission members, relating to this issue. <br />Please refer to that memorandum dated Sept. 30, 1981 for <br />Planners comments. <br />Brad further stated that the plat presented tonight does <br />not meet requirement for preliminary plat. <br />Motion to table until master plan has been approved by <br />City Council.made by Gene DeLonais. <br />Seconded by LeRoy LeMay <br />Motion carried 7 -0. <br />GEAR Conditional Use Permit for an additional garage. <br />CONDITIONAL William Gear appeared requesting permission to build an <br />USE PERMIT additional 24 X 32' garage on his property at 665 E. <br />Viking Dr. He will use it for cars, boat storage, etc. <br />Motion to recommend approval of Conditional Use Permit <br />for William Gear as presented made by Sharon Timmons. <br />Seconded by LeRoy LeMay. <br />Motion carried 7 -0. <br />
