July 30, 1981 <br />Mayor & City Council <br />515 E. Little Canada Rd. <br />St. Paul, MN 55117 <br />Dear Mayor & City Council: <br />My name is Ronald Jarosch and I live at 950 E. County Rd. D. I would like this <br />letter to serve as my initial request for a permit to operate an automobile <br />repair service out of my garage, and ask that I be included on the Council <br />Agenda for August 12, 1981 to present this request in person. <br />The type of repair work out of my garage would involve tune -ups, brake work, <br />and electrical work on automobiles. I also would like to state that no work <br />would be done after 9:00 p.m., that there would never be a large number of <br />vehicles left in the yard or driveway to deter from the appearance of the <br />neighborhood, and that I would follow any other stipulations that may be <br />given to me also by the City Council. <br />I know that this does not cover all the information you need to know and <br />I look forward to answering all questions pertaining to this request at the <br />Council Meeting of August 12, 1981. <br />Thank you in advance for your consideration of this request. <br />Sincerely, "%� <br />/i 3771,1' ✓ i <br />Ronald Jarosch <br />950 E.
