The City of hereby delegates to <br />the Commission the responsibility to perform on <br />behalf of the City all tasks incident to the <br />receipt and evaluation of any proposals received <br />by the Commission, to culminate in the recommendation <br />to the City by the Commission of a cable company <br />and a final franchise ordinance to be considered <br />by the City in its regular ordinance procedures. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was passed this <br />day of , 1981. <br />Attest: <br />, Mayor <br />
