PHONE (612) 403.2651 <br />Joe Chlebeck <br />15 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Dear Joe, <br />Enclosed is an analysis of Little Canada water and sewer <br />charges paid by Ted Glasrud Associates for the last twenty four <br />month period. <br />The analysis computes the difference between late fees <br />charges at 18% per annum and the late fees actually charged. <br />This portion of the late fee is basically a punitive charge. <br />We are requesting an abatement of the punitive pos.Lion of <br />the late charges due to the following: <br />* Late fee penalties are charged on the following month <br />bills and are not indentified as penalty or late charges; <br />* No notice of late payments are sent indicating that a <br />problem exists in the payment process; <br />* No regular billing date appears to exist.
