For any fill deposited between Elevations 859.0 and 863.6 a compensating volume equalling
the amount of fill must be excavated between Elevations 859.0 and 863.6 from some other
area so that there is no net filling within the floodplain.
6. Upon completion of the project and the disturbed area restored, the permittee must notify
the District's engineering advisor (either Dennis Palmer or Steven Klein at 920 - 0655).
7.
