In point of fact, zoning and related disputes comprise the <br />most frequent and potentially most severe type of claim handled under this <br />program. <br />We would however caution that coverage is subject to all of the terms, con- <br />ditions and limitations of the policy and each individual claim is handled <br />on its own merits. It may be that an actual zoning case could involve other <br />areas which are not covered or seek types of relief which are not provided <br />for in the policy.
