SL Germain St. <br />St. Cloud, Minnesota 56301 <br />2517751 <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />City of Little Canada, MN <br />Improvement 81 -4 <br />314 Oak Street <br />Sauk Centre, Minnesota 56378 <br />3523664 <br />Dec. 10, 1980 <br />LOCATION: Park St. from County Road "C" to cul -de -sac <br />Lake Street from Rice Street to Spruce Street <br />IMPROVEMENT: Right -of -way acquisition, grading, sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm sewer, gravel base, bituminous <br />surfacing and concrete curb and gutter. <br />INITIATION: Petition and City Council <br />R.O.W.: Acquisition of right -of -way is necessary for <br />construction of the cul -de -sac. <br />EASEMENTS: Temporary construction easements would be required. <br />FEASIBILITY: This improvement is feasible and should be combined <br />with other 1981 Improvements. <br />SPECIAL <br />CONDITIONS: <br />A hearing was held on Nov. 12, 1980 for an improvement <br />on Park Street from Demont to County Road "C ". <br />Opposition was expressed by the owners of property <br />fronting on Demont. An alternate was suggested to <br />construct a cul -de -sac as shown on Plan A which would <br />not involve these two owners. <br />A second alternative was suggested to construct <br />Lake Street from Rice Street to Park Street and also <br />Lake Street from Park Street to Spruce Street so as to <br />reduce the length of the cul -de -sac. <br />We are, therefore, presenting these alternates in <br />various combinations. <br />
