Frattalone:
Reference is made to:
A. Claim Number D -2
E. Insured Schafer Contracting
C. Occurrence Date 9/9/80
We have received your claim for damages due to debris being
put on your property from construction work Schafer Contrac-
ting was hired to do by the City of Little Canada.
However, your agreement with the City of Little Canada,to
have the excess material on the property you sold to the
City pushed onto your property, was an agreement strictly
between you and the City. Our insured merely carried out
the City's request as a favor, and was not contracted to
do this. Therefore, if you have any claims or questions
regarding your agreement and the way the City carried out
your agreement, you should contact the City for any compen-
sation you may feel you have coming.
RQ/lg
cc: T.
