The Planner shall perform follow -up field inspection on approved develop- <br />ments to ensure compliance with City Codes and Council requirements such <br />as installation of improvements, screening and landscaping, etc. <br />2. The Planner shall investigate complaints related to the City Zoning Controls <br />and recommend action on violations to the City Zoning Administrator. <br />3. The Planner shall prepare written reports to the City Council pertaining to <br />development request inspection and complaint investigation. <br />C. The Planner shall attend one (1) Planning Commission meeting per month. <br />ARTICLE 3. SERVICES OF THE MUNICIPALITY <br />The Municipality hereby agrees to furnish to or make available for examination or use by <br />the Planner, without charge, the following: <br />A. All material, documents and equipment, as determined by the Planner, that are <br />necessary for the services to be performed. <br />B. Secretarial services including typing and filing relative to the services provided <br />in Article 2 of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 4. PAYMENT <br />The Municipality hereby agrees to pay the Planner for professional services under Article 2 <br />of this Agreement as follows: <br />A. On a monthly basis, based upon invoices submitted, to an amount not to exceed <br />three hundred fifty (350) dollars per month for work described in Article 2 of this <br />Agreement. <br />B. For any work authorized by the Client, documented in writing, which is beyond that <br />described in this Agreement, such work shall not be included as part of the maximum <br />dollar limit stated in paragraph A above, but shall be compensated at established <br />billing rates as described in the attached Standard Rate Schedule with materials and <br />expenses charged at cost plus 15% to defray processing. <br />
