Agreement shall be given in writing, and shall be sent by mail to <br />the registered address of the Fire Department or the Administrative <br />Office of the City. <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />CHOICE OF LAW <br />9.1) The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />ARTICLE 10 <br />HEADINGS AND CAPTIONS <br />10.1) The headings and captions of the paragraphs and articles <br />of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only <br />and shall not constitute a part hereof. <br />ARTICLE 11 <br />ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />11.1) This Agreement contains the entire understanding be- <br />tween the City and the Fire Department concerning the subject matter <br />hereof; and the provisions applicable thereto cannot be amended, <br />altered, enlarged, supplemented, abridged, modified, extended, or <br />waived except in writing duly signed by all the parties hereto. <br />ARTICLE 12 <br />COUNTERPARTS <br />12.1) This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, <br />each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which shall <br />constitute one and the same instrument. <br />-5- <br />
