D. and the N 400 <br />of lot 8 and sub div 43 commencing from the <br />south line of the'NSP easement are hereby <br />approved for <br />Light Industrial, and <br />The south 1,400 ft of lots 7 & 8 Aud Sub <br />Div 43 are approved for PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENT. <br />Ayes all resolution adopted, <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Valento and seconded by Mr Nadeau <br />it was resolved that, <br />Whereas: The Planning Commission has approved <br />plans for the constructinn of a poll <br />building for 2602 Rice. <br />Now therefore be it resolved that <br />The Village council does hereby approve <br />said plans and a building permit may <br />be issued. <br />Ayes All, resolution adopted. <br />Upon the motion of Mr Nadeau and seconded by Mr Valento <br />it was resolved that, <br />A 4 foot variance is hereby approved <br />for D.
