Eisenmenger's Garden Lots. The $100.00 application <br />fee is attached. <br />The surveyor is completing the following that will be sent to you as soon as <br />possible: <br />1. Boundary Survey with elevations showing utilities, easements, etc. <br />2. Topographical - showing contours and existing trees and vegetation <br />3. The architect, Ackermann and Associates, 35 West Water Street, St. <br />Paul, Minnesota, 226 -8888, will send preliminary plot plan, parking <br />and building plans. <br />We propose to develop the site for a facility for mentally retarded adults. <br />There will be one structure of one story in height with basement and possibly <br />another smaller structure of two stories on the site. <br />Concept approval is asked for at this time with the City to review all final <br />working drawings and plans at a later date. <br />REM, Inc. is a private propriety agency who owns and /or operates over thirty <br />similar facilities throughout the State of Minnesota. All residents would be <br />primarily from Ramsey County or the Seven County Metropolitan area. <br />Construction would start in Spring, 1981 with completion by December, 1981. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
