Johnson and Susan E. Johnson, <br />Contract Purchasers of Tracts D and E, Registered Land Survey <br />Number 64 (hereinafter "Property ") in Little Canada. <br />The northern boundary of the property is Labore Road and the <br />southern boundary is Lake Gervais, with the eastern boundary being <br />Lake Street (as dedicated per plat). <br />Mr. and Mrs. Johnson hereby petition the City of Little Canada <br />for vacation of that portion of Lake Street lying south of the <br />existing Lake Street cul -de -sac. The portion of dedicated Lake <br />Street south of the cul -de -sac has never been utilized for public <br />right of way purposes and because of its steep slope is useless for <br />the purpose for which it was laid out. <br />Accordingly, this petition for vacation is submitted by <br />Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, who constitute property owners of one -half of <br />the property abutting Lake Street.
