Regular <br />Meeting <br />City Council <br />Feb -8 -78 <br />Continued <br />ITEMS BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATION <br />Fire <br />Marshall <br />Report <br />Park <br />Amended <br />Agenda <br />Mr.Wright <br />Pnoposed <br />Property <br />Division. <br />Hoggsbreath <br />The firemarshall gave a brief report concerning <br />inspections on fire alarm system in apatrments. Pertain <br />ing to the State Firemarshall's report concerning Kellogg <br />School, the firemarshall has been check. The mayor also <br />asked the firemarshall to check the Knox Co. lumber yard. <br />Mr. Spooner mentioned that he will be attending <br />a meeting of the, Lion's Club,pertaining to donations for <br />a band stand in the park. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. De Bace and seconded by <br />Mr. Jespersen. <br />The agenda was amended to hear persons <br />not listed on the agenda. <br />All voted infavor thereof. Motion adopted. <br />Mr. David Wright, of 2985 Vanderbie , approached <br />the Council requesting approval of a proposed property div- <br />ision of parcel 53- 3000 - 321- O3.(Remunerated -53- 3000 - 341 -03). <br />The proposed property division was indicated on a survey and <br />the survey was retained by Mr. Wright. <br />The Council reviewed the proposal and it was the <br />consensus of the Council to reject the proposed property <br />division of parcel 53- 3000 - 321 -03 because such division <br />may jeopardize future improvement assessment for De Soto <br />and temporarily land -lock the remaining portions of parcel <br />53- 3000 - 321 -03. <br />Mr. Thomas Duray amd Mr. David Chwialkowski appeared <br />before the Council on behald of Hoggsbreath Ent. concerning <br />procedures for obtaining permits for a fence repair and <br />blacktopping their parking lot. They were informed to apply <br />for a building permit. <br />( MR. VALENTO LEFT DURING THIS PORTION OF THE MEETING) <br />( MR. HANSON CHAIRED THE MEETING.) <br />There was a discussion concerning the operation of <br />Hoggsbreath bar. In the discussion it was pointed out that <br />the rude behavior may not be tolerated. The state firemarshall <br />has informed them that their capacity is 139 people for the <br />upstairs and 102 people for the downstairs.
