(Ord. 536, 4- 25 -94) <br />401.02: MEMBERSHIP; TERMS; OATH; COMPENSATION: <br />Subd. 1. Membership; Terms: <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of seven (7) members from the resident <br />population of Mounds View, other than persons elected to a public body, to be appointed by <br />the City Council, and based on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, from the applications submitted. The appointees shall have three (3) year <br />staggered terms; at least two (2) of these terms, but not more than three (3) terms, shall <br />expire each year on December 31. Based upon the recommendation of the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, the City Council, shall appoint a chairperson.
