Hanson <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Btesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: May 17, 2013 <br />RE: 3046 LaBore Road <br />City staff is proposing that 3046 LaBore Road be offered to purchase by sale through a sealed <br />bid process. A set of purchase conditions would he prepared, one of which would include the <br />establishment of a minimum bid. Staff is proposing that acceptance of bids occur after the <br />August 1't City newsletter is published. The City's Newsletter, Website, Legal Newspaper and <br />other means would be used to advertise the sale. <br />We are also requesting that the Council authorize staff to obtain quotes for hazardous materials <br />evaluation and abatement as well as demolition quotes. <br />
