park, from South Owasso Boulevard into the North Star Estates <br />mobile home park at the location where Lot 119 now is located, <br />as soon as the mobile home on said lot, owned by Ruth Breeding, <br />has been relocated to another site in the park or removed by <br />Ruth Breeding from the park. Said road will be completed by <br />July 1, 1983. <br />8. The construction of said entrance road shall be in <br />compliance with plans and specifications of the City engineers, <br />and the entire cost thereof shall be borne by North Star, including <br />the costs of crossing the county ditch. <br />9. North Star agrees that it will make available to Ruth <br />Breeding the first ''ome site to become vacant and available by <br />May 1, 1983, within the park in order to effectuate the relocation <br />of her mobile home: <br />10. North Star agrees to pay all the costs incurred by Ruth <br />Breeding in the relocation of her mobile home within the North Star <br />mobile home park, if a lot is available by May 1, 1983,and that <br />certain letter from North Star to Ruth Breeding offering to pay said <br />costs shall be incorporated in this Agreement and become a part <br />hereof, and attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />11. The owners agree that this Agreement shall be recorded <br />in the office of the County Recorder for Ramsey County, and agree <br />that the terms and provisions hereof shall be a covenant on any <br />and all deeds relating to the subject property. <br />12. The owners agree that this Agreement shall be binding <br />upon its successors and assigns. Breach of any of the terms of <br />this Agreement by the owners shall constitute grounds for revoca- <br />tion of the mobile home park permit relative to the subject <br />property, <br />13. The owners agree to reimburse the City for all costs <br />incurred by the City in the defense and enforcement of this Agree- <br />ment, or any portion thereof, including, but not limited to, <br />investigation costs, court costs, expert witness fees, and rea- <br />sonable attorney's fees. <br />14.
