AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO <br />TO DECLARATION FOR <br />FLEUR ROYALE, A CQCCMINTUM <br />APARTMENT OWNERSHIP NUMBER 79 <br />The undersigned, being 59.55% of the owners, and 80% of the owners other than Declarant, <br />each based upon the percentage of ownership in the common elements of the condominium <br />project, and.all of the holders of all recorded first mortgages, covering or affecting <br />any or all condominium units of the condominium project created by the Condominium <br />Declaration for Fleur Royale and recorded in the office of the County Recorder, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota as Document Number 2074658, and covering the property situated in said <br />County described as follows: <br />The East 316 feet of the West 1025.5 feet of that <br />part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29, <br />Range 22, lying Northerly of Little Canada Road and <br />Southerly of the St. Paul Water Works right of way, <br />do hereby agree and declare that said Declaration for Fleur Royale, a condominium is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />1. By deleting Paragraph 21 and replacing it with the following language: <br />21. Additions, Alterations, and Improvements of General or Limited Common <br />Elements. There shall be no additions, alterations, or improvements of <br />or to the general and limited common elements by the Board of Directors <br />without prior approval of 80 of the unit owners, and such expenditures <br />shall be a common expense.
