Sept. 22, 1982 <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Ed Locke <br />RE: Boat & Motor Mart Sign Variance <br />In reviewing Glen Kloskin's request for a sign variance, it shows the <br />sign footage is now below the 107. maxium footage. His request now, is <br />for two pylon signs and one on the principle building. Mr. Kloskin <br />states that the height and property lines can be adjusted to meet the code, <br />he does not mention the existing sign on his accessory building, which is <br />about 24 sq. ft. The City Council should take into consideration the large <br />size of Mr. Kloskin's building when considering the two pylon signs, plus <br />the fact that all these signs could be mounted on one pylon pole, which <br />would look very cluttered. <br />
