ON A PROPOSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT To whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 515 Little Canada Road in the City of Little Canada, Minnesota at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on October 27, 1982, to consider the proposal of A. G. Mueller that the City assist in financing a project hereinafter described by the issuance of industrial development revenue bonds. Description of Project Acquisition of land located on the sett side of County Road B, 1300 ft. east of the intersection of Rice Street in Little Canada and the construction equipping thereon of several attached professional office facilities. The estimated principal amount of bonds or other obligations to be issued to finance this project is $600,000. Said bonds or other obligations if and when issued will not constitute a charge, lien or encumbrance upon any property of the City except the project and such bonds or credit will be a but ayabletf from sums general ee paid credit or taxing p payable pursuant to a revenue agreement. A draft copy of the proposed application to the Commissioner of Securities, State of Minnesota, for approval of the project, together with all attachments and exhibits thereto, is available for public inspection beginning September 22, 1982, from 8:00 o'clock a.m. to 4:30 o'clock p.m., Monday through Friday, at the City Center. At the time and place fixed frr said Public Hearing, the City Council will give all persons wno appear at the hearing an opportunity to express their views with respect to the proposal.
