ESTREM, D.D.S. <br />188 EAST LITTLE CANADA RC/AD <br />LITTLE CANADA, ?MINNESOTA 55117 <br />OFFICE PHONE: 482-19D7 <br />To the Little Canada City Council, <br />I have received a Nov. 1 deadline from <br />Mr. Chlebeck to hook -up to the city sewer system. <br />I have been discussing plans with an architect to <br />remove the existing structure except for the Garage <br />and put up a new house sometime next sumuner. <br />This plan hinges on interest rates and my ability <br />to get an appropriate loan. <br />I am requesting an extension until next <br />summer at which time I will connect whatever <br />structure is present. But it seems rather a <br />waste of money on my part to hook -up both now <br />and again next summer. I'm sure a new structure <br />at 3298 Twin Lake Road would be a welcome change <br />since for sometime it has been the "blight of <br />the block" so to speak. <br />Sincerely, <br />Daniel Estrem <br />
